One in-state 2023 that has garnered some attention this spring is North Central shooting guard Joey Brown. Brown has spent the spring playing with George Hill All Indy-Miles. The 2023 guard was in action over the weekend at the Grassroots Showcase event in Louisville.

One prospect who had a good showing at the Grassroots Showcase was Evansville Bosse guard Julian Norris. While playing for C2K Elite, Norris had a strong showing against Meanstreets as he shot the ball exceptionally well from beyond the arc and even showed flashes of putting the ball on the floor and creating for others.
