Past Notes

2-6-15 vs. Bowman Academy. 7 points, 4 rebounds, 4 turnovers, 0 assists. 2-3 FG, 3-3 FT. Struggled with passing against Bowman's pressure early. Quiet game for Walker on the offensive end. He is a shooting guard on the offensive end that is best as a slasher/scorer using his athleticism. He can defend the quick point guards on the defensive end though. Outside shooting has improved over the last year. Ball-handling and decision making have to improve to be a mid-major player.

12-6-14 vs. Taylor County KY. 20 points, 4 rebounds, 3 turnovers. 7-10 FG, 3-4 3FG, 3-3 FT. Walker has always been a great athlete that plays hard. Mainly has been a lock down defender to this point. Early in the season, he is shooting the ball much better. Coach Fagan has a history of improving player's shooting ability. If Walker continues to shoot like this, he is a Mid-Major guard.

10-28-14 Open Gym 6-0, 180. good body control in transition. Explosion looks great. Outside shot looks good/better. Doesn't finish as well as you would expect for how strong and athletic he is. He didn't use his left hand a few times around the basket when he needed to. Northern Kentucky, Western Illinois, Appalachian State and Jacksonville are involved.

Good build, very good defender. Offensive game is a little underdeveloped right now. He is best in the paint offensively. I don't think he will grow much more than the 5-11/6-0 he is right now.

Scouting Report He is a shooting guard on the offensive end that is best as a slasher/scorer using his athleticism. He can defend the quick point guards on the defensive end though. Outside shooting has improved over the last year. Ball-handling and decision making have to improve to be a mid-major player.
